Step 1 - Consultation

Fill out our contact form to submit an inquiry.

We will discuss details of your design to ensure that it is a structurally sound design.

Send us as much details as you can and show us any inspiration photos if you have any.

We will then provide a quotation based on your requirements.

Step 2 - Deposit Payment

You may choose to pay either in full or a 50% non-refundable deposit.

The balance can be paid when the ring is ready for collection.

We have various payment methods (for credit cards, there is an additional 3% payment gateway fee) so please do check with us at the point of payment.

Step 3 - Rendering

We will now create a digital sketch of your design and send it to you to make sure that the design meets your requirements.

The first 3 revisions are free. Subsequently, an additional fee of $10 will be charged per revision.

Step 4 - Sourcing and Crafting

We will now start sourcing for stones that fit your requirement and begin with creating your piece.

The piece will be given. a final polish before collection.

Step 5 - Collection

The best part of the process - collection! Each piece will come in its own packaging.

If the piece needs resizing during collection, the workmanship fee is FOC. For enlarging of sizes some materials fee may be incurred depending on your design.
